These are the terms for SgtPooki LLC as a company and for this website. Each product or service the company sells has its own agreement, and that agreement is the one you accept when you buy it. These terms sit underneath and fill the gaps.

Product agreements

Website care (consult.sgtpooki.com): the service agreement is at consult.sgtpooki.com/terms. When you subscribe to website care, that document is the contract, in full, and it is what you are accepting at checkout. If anything on this page conflicts with it, the service agreement wins for that service.

Other products published by SgtPooki LLC carry their own terms on their own sites where they charge money. Open-source software is licensed under the licence in its repository and nothing here changes that.

This website

sgtpooki.com is informational. Nothing on it is an offer that binds SgtPooki LLC until a written agreement or a checkout exists for a specific service. Content on this site may be quoted with attribution.

The company

SgtPooki LLC is a Washington limited liability company operated by Russell Dempsey. It is the contracting party for every paid service. Washington law governs these terms and any product agreement that does not say otherwise.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SgtPooki LLC’s total liability for anything arising from this website or from a service is capped at what you paid for that service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters to a customer, that customer is told by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
